Upon asking about MorLove services we require your name, email, address and phone number so we can get in touch with you. This is necessary for us to respond to enquiries and send requested information about MorLove services. It is collected via a third party called programme called Light Blue, who also adhere to the GPDR requirements. If the enquiry isn’t taken any further this information is then set to cancelled and deleted within a year. If you choose to use MorLove services we will store your information to correspond about the project and future projects until you no longer wish to use MorLove services, or you request it to be removed at any time prior to this. There is no transfer of this personal data to third parties.
Online payments are done via LightBlue and bank transfer so no information passed unlawfully.
MorLove stores your images via Smug mug, an online gallery as well as our hard drives. These are deleted after a few years but we sometime keep out absolute favourites to show as past clients examples. We do not resell your images and if on the rare occasion we are approached for this we would first contact you for your permission.
You have the right to confirmation, access, rectification and erasure of all the above data that we hold on you. So if you wish all data to be deleted get in touch via email and this can be done.
In summary MorLove will use the above mentioned data to communicate with you about your wedding, studio shoot or commercial projects. Sometimes MorLove will email offers and discounts but this is infrequent unless you sign up to our newsletter.
MorLove uses various social media platforms for advertising and marketing purposes. We often connect on social media as to share images and videos; this is verbally agreed or in the case of weddings a signed contract. Every Morlove client has the option to opt out of photo submissions and use on social media, blogs and website.
It is your responsibility to ask your guests’ permission but we only show images of people looking incredible so any problems get in touch and we can remove upon request. We may submit your wedding to independent wedding blogs, magazines, competitions and if we really love the image we may display on the MorLove website. All external companies we submit to can have their GPDR requested by you.
